URGENT Wordpress Conversion

We are urgently seeking an inspired individual with experience in converting PSD designs in to effective Wordpress websites. The project we are looking to get help with is split up in two phases: 1) Convert to Wordpress: You'll be provided a PSD design that you need to convert into a functioning, well coded, fast loading and stable Wordpress website. The site doesn't have any fancy features. It consists of a homepage template, two page templates (one with a sidebar and one without a sidebar), a contact form and very few UX elements. 2) Add a Membership Area: In the second phase we'll ask you to add a membership area to this website using a software packed (free or paid) that we'll download. We need your suggestions on which software to go with and you'll have to implement the software into the design of the site we're building. Phase 1 is on really short notice. We have a good week to get this site up and running on our test server. After a detailed check and implementation of feedback we'll instantly take phase 1 live on the clients server. Once phase 1 is live you'll continue working on the membership area on the test server. The project will be complete once the Wordpress website including the membership area are up and running on the clients server. This is how to apply: 1) No prewritten welcome texts.
