Word Press expert required to produce similar site

I want someone to produce a similar /identical site to giveme sport dot com. i will need another feature added to the site. A calender of fixtures and match summaries for the different sports. this will be similar to the one on this site schools sports dot com / calendar . my present site has something similar but it will need upgrading , i will need the individual to create micro sites that users such as sports clubs , schools can create and manage their own mini site from the website where they will be able to manage them from an admin . these micro sites should be searchable using their name in the url. so it will be zim sports /indiacricketclub.. in brief the microsite should be just like a small website with all other details and pages a basic website would have. At the moment the site has the microsite feature but this needs to be expanded and a better one developed. lets chat. i am ready to award someone today.
