WordPress + WooCommerce Programming (Add new fields)

We have a WordPress site already working and we're adding a meal delivery service using WooCommerce and Order Delivery Date plugins. The system is already working, but we need the ability to use a separate delivery date for each item, rather than just a date for the entire order. Order Delivery Date only allows for a date to be chosen for the entire order. In summary, we need: - A Delivery Date field which can apply to each item in a WooCommerce order - and the ability to view each item on an Archive Calendar.
