Newsletter designs + html

Hi all, I need 3 really cool newsletter designs that I an use for all of my sites.? [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The rest are listed on my blog [login to view URL] under projects. I need to be able to change the logo on each one depending on whether I decide to send the newsletter ref each site. So for example, if I am to send a newsletter for the [login to view URL] then I will need to be able to replace the logo easily. I'll need you to completely run with an awesome e-mail newsletter design, like I said that I can re-brand for each of my sites.? I'll need the final version in HTML that I can add text, replace images and change the logo. Remember, you can't use external CSS in email HTML. You have free reign on design, let's see what you come up with. FYI. I have pretty high standards.. Good luck.
