Zen Cart API integration - repost

I need to integrate an API with the supplier's site using XML. I have complete documentation from the supplier for the technical part. 1) stock check - collect model number and send an xml request to supplier in real time. Requests should go from product_info page and shopping_cart page. Depending on return code, product should be displayed as "in stock" or "out of stock" 2) ordres integration - each successful order has to be instantly sent to supplier using XML in a pre-given format. Complete documentation will be sent only to those providers who prove that they know what we're talking about before awarding the project so you have a chance to modify your bid if necessary. I don't care if you're good with Joomla or WP, I'm interested in Zen Cart only. Also, don't send me a list with hundreds of sites you've built as I don't have the time to go over all of it. - availability on skype is a must This is not a high budget job so please bid accordingly.
