Add some features to event calendar purchase prices

We need to add some additional customization to an events calendar plugin that we use in a wordpress website. The event calendar plugin we use is: [login to view URL] The Pro version allows for us to let users purchase tickets for events by the set price entered for each event. we have the pro version running We want to add 2 new features 1. The price field (two tiers) that show the user the price of the event by their location (IP address Geo location) - North America Price and Rest of World price (europe etc) - two tiers of price (but one can't see the other). So if the user is viewing the event information and wants to book they see price relevant to their location. 2. The standard calendar pro system works with one field with the full price to be paid by the user. We want to have the system say 'Book With Deposit' we want to allow the admin set a deposit amount (e.g.. 50% global website deposit amount for all events, or 40% etc.) and the price that is entered into the cart is 50% of the full listed price - North america & Rest of world - so the cart would get 50% of either tier price - based on IP address. NOTE* we are using woo-commerce as the cart system and it integrates with the event calendar with an add-on plugin. Thanks Bob
