I have a bachelor in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo and a minor in Mathematics, with 10+ years of experience with hands-on programming. I have worked for the past year in Microsoft's Advanced Technology Lab in Cairo (ATLC). I have a 4+ years of experience in Web design, programming applications for the social web using APIs, PHP and PHP frameworks: Zend and CakePHP, developing and customizing web solutions with custom built technologies and off-the-shelf PHP solutions including: Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, osCommerce, Magento, phpbb, and most PHP CMSs. I've been working for more than +3 years in improving user experience for many clients to build responsive and user-friendly web and desktop user interfaces as well. it will be easy if we use broadcast receivers to get the phone number and then we will check that user has an active data connection or not......if he has an active data connection then load URL and if its not active wait for the mobile data to be active......hope you got me what i want to say......thanks
