AngularJS Customer Order Form

Hi I need some help with a single page app in Angular.js , php saving data to mysql. I have schema and all the routing down for single page app using bootstrap and angular.js. I just need someone to show me or given an example of how I can achieve this: Main form I have a select list bound to Customers and lists the customer and it is working. I have button which onClick should show a search screen(modal). When user search for a part (mysql table [parts]) it shows the list of parts. When a user select a part that selected part should then be displayed on to the parent page with 2 inputs Qty and Markup with the usual edit/remove button. User can add multiple items to a job. Once done I need to save this to mysql (jobs table). Thanks
