Apache & MySQL And PhP Optimization

I am looking for an expert in the field Apache, MYSQL and PHP WITH experience that can help me optimize my Apache,MySql and PHP so that i can get the most out of my system ressourses. I am running wamp on a Windows server ([login to view URL]) My server specs are : CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4770 RAM: 32 GIG DDR3 Drive: 240 SSD 1Gbit dedicated Connection I managed to get alot of traffic to my site, but its causing issues for my server. I am thinking that it might be not configured correctly because for the past 7-8 hours its been running the CPU at 85-100% and its Apache that is using all the CPU. I need an expert, not someone who is just experience...i need a true expert in the area to diagnos and find the problem and make sure the all the 3 Components are running at their best settings. With the kind of server spesifications it should not have issues with presenting regular webpages to active 700-1300 users. Right now its 800 active users serving the website according to Google analytics realtime and cpu is topping out. The article that is getting most of the traffic is For speed i am running : 1: Opcache 2: APCU 3: Zencache and Object The response time of the server is not bad, its actualy quite good when cpu is not topping out. That part is pretty solid, its the cpu load that is slowing everyhting Down now with the amount of visitors You will get RDC Access to server, i dont run "Cpanel" so dont aks for it. And if you dont know what opcache or APCU is then dont bother to bid. Seriouse bidders only
