Automated Programming System

The project is to automate a step in our process line that is previously being done manually by a designer. We are an online retailer that sells personalised products (name labels). With a website that is built on a Magento Community eCommerce platform. The product we sell has a set list of designs that the customer can choose from. Each design can be customized with their own choice of text that they type themselves (text is in a designated place chosen by us, not the customer). The customer goedasdadads onto our website, chooses the product, chooses design, types in their text, and approves it. All the data that has been approved by the customer is then logged into the back end of our Magento platform website (we also get an email with the data choices on a customer invoice document). We then have a person (designer) who manually needs to transfer all the choices that the customer has made into the a file format that is used for printing. Each different design choice has been made in Adobe Illustrator into a simple design template with the designated text field. Every combination of design choice has been made and saved into it's own file. The person then chooses the correct design template file, opens it up in Adobe illustrator and manually edits the text to what the customers choice is, and lastly saves the file into the format we need. As you can see this is a silly manual and very simple task that needs a automated script written for it that is compatible with our Magento (were data is kept)and Adobe illustrator (where data is edited). Firstly we need this script made for 1 of our products, although following that will be a script for every product we have so potentially if the programmer or developer who takes this job and completes it correctly will have a much larger scale project lined up for them.
