Bespoke SCORM Compliant LMS required with integrated front-end ecommerce website -- 2

We require a very modern (in design) looking ecommerce engine driven front-end website fully integrated with a back-end bespoke SCORM Compliant Learning Management System which will need to manage 40+ module based courses created in Storyline 2. We need a bespoke (PHP or C#, ASP.net) scorm compliant LMS system created which will need to communicate with the website and e-learning content in a seamless manner. Clients should be able to select and pay for courses on the eCommerce website and then be given automatically generate login details for the LMS which will store all the modules of their selected courses and save regular progress etc. Multiple role access will be required for single user/learner, their managers, our internal team admin, authors and then a super admin. For more info on the features required in the LMS see attached document. The website will need to have the following as a minimum: 1. Payment system integration. 2. Bespoke or highly adapted course basket. 3. At least 15 bespoke designed pages including: Home, Course Categories, Individual course page, special offers, contact us, about us, terms and conditions, FAQs, affiliates, testimonials, etc 4. Third party live chat integration. 5. Host a few videos 6. Dynamic course purchasing options e.g. customising course selected and see option of similar courses or packages Please note: This project is for developed of our bespoke SCORM compliant LMS system as well as the front end website. It does not include creation of the courses which we are creating ourselves.
