Bitnami Magento 2.0 AMI Initial Configuration

I have installed the Bitnami Magento 2.0 AMI on a server and need someone to do the initial configuration tasks including setting up the cron, SMTP, PayPal, and Shipping extension so Magento is ready to be used and I can setup the store with products. This is an easy project requiring only 1-2 hours. After it is completed there will more projects on this Magento site such minor theme-customization and exporting orders to external SFTP.
