We only want to get the highest quality WITHOUT errors, the system must work together with the danish payment gateway [login to view URL] We have the following demands to the supplier 1. The project is started and a deadline is agreed, this deadline MUST be kept, if the project is more than 14 days late, then we can cancel the project regardless of how far the supplier has gotten and the full amount must be returned. 2. After the project has been handed in and tested for a week, then the first rate of the payment is released. 3. After 3 months where the system is tested and ALL of the errors which are discovered is corrected, then the second rate is released. 4. During the test period then errors must be corrected within 24 hours - MAXIMALLY 48 hours in rare occations. 5. If the supplier does not perform all of the corrections, then we can cancel the purchase and the full amount must be refunded.

Hi, We have a team of PHP, wordpress developers who can create a blog site. In the blog site, we are assuming following functionalities would be there 1. User should be able to see list of blogs already posted 2. User should be able to post a blog 3. There should be a moderator panel to approve/reject the blog 4. Only the approved blogs should be present in the listing 5. User need not to register, before posting a blog. User can post the blog directly but blog will appear in the list only if moderator approves the blog 6. There will be a different URL for moderator and moderator can login into system using predefined user id and password Please confirm, if wordpress need to be used in this project or need to be developed using PHP, MySql only
