Booking page for a Korean Guest House

Making web site for by wife's B&B. ([login to view URL]). Started six month ago with almost zero web design skills. Picked up the hosting with guys that don't allow any .php on their server except their own developments. At that time did not understand what kind of constrains that is imposing. Made my site by a plain HTML/CSS. After picking up some basics realized WordPress is the way to go. Moved to another hosting with WordPress . Now moving my site to WordPress. Took a starter theme ([login to view URL]). Going on slowly. Need some support. Thinking of commissioning somebody to make for me a booking feature similar as the one at this link. ([login to view URL]). This sample site is in Korean however, English version is OK for us. My wife would then translate it to Koran, like she did with all the current pages. Koran Guest House booking is a bit different that normal westerner B&B booking. It's actually some kind of "blog" booking. Guest initiates booking by a post with all the details stipulated, day, room, #person etc. The post has a password set on it. We can see the content and the password on our side. Upon seeing the post we then check the availability manually and reply to the post itself. The booking is confirmed through a few comments/replies by both us and the gust. Other visitors to the booking site (that don't know the password) can see the current booking list and the timestamps only. Only the guest with the password can open the content itself. Our site currently have a page with a form there for booking. Guests make booking requests over submitting the form to us. The idea is that the booking form page is replaced by a page with the booking "Blog". As far the scope I would look the function for sure. Feel OK to do the styling with translation to Korean myself. However, open for all kind of options to be discussed.
