Build a CSGO betting website | With a fresh and new design

I'm looking for a freelancer who has experience with making CSGO websites to gamble/bet skins on OR know atleast what I'm talking about. I want you to make a fully functional 'Skin' betting website with a new and fresh design. It can not look like any of the other websites out there, and mine must have the potential to deal with lots of users at once. If you are familiar with how does website work you know that there has been a lot of leaked websites. I'm aware of those designs and systems and I don't want any of that crap. You have the room to implement a game on your own if you have a good idea, I got some ideas myself and I want atleast two games on the website. So that could be 'coinflip', 'roulette' or maybe a complete new idea/game. Budget is something we can discuss if you can speak English properly, because that is a must!
