Build a Counselling Website

Project Description: I am listing this project hoping looking for talented, hard- working designer or team of designers who are looking to establish their presence in the field. Working on this challenging project and at the same time establish a log term working relationships as this initial project is just a start. I need a counseling website including psychic, social, spiritual, etc., done using latest web-development tools, and all the latest techniques out there. Will provide sample websites. The following is summary of the major requirements: 1. Users who are interested to user the service will register. 2. Counselors will register their information the field they select. 3. Establish live chat box to allow one-on-one chatting between the counselor and registered user with time tracking mechanism. 4. My Account: for the users and the counselors will allow edit profile, and shows emails, activities and payments. 5. Master CMS: to manage the site contents, and registered users, and monitor activities. 6. Sub Admin CMS: 3 sub admin, one for technical, one for accounting, one for technical general administrative issues. 7. There will be paid transactions, and therefore payment process module is need to be integrated in the website. 8. Successful bidder has strong background and working experience in both MySQL, and e-commerce programming abilities. 9. Chosen bidder will provide a presentation with step by step and detailed outlines of the project and must shows hands on experience. Successful bidder will be selected based on this presentation. 10. Serious programmers/developers please, preferably, a team of developers over an individual developer. 11. Project has to be completed within a 30-45 days. 12. Successful team may have a priority to be awarded future maintenance and changes to the website. 13. Developing teams or programmers that show creativity, optimistic, and dedicated developing approach would be our first choice. 14. Coding has to be SEO friendly and developers should be creative enough to implement their own ideas as well. 15 Hope bidders have experience in working on similar project. 16. On completion of each agreed upon steps, the work will be loaded on our server, and detailed documentation, including the schema of the design at that stage have to be completed and submitted before releasing the fund for each step 17.
