To build a web-based app that allows the production office to customise web forms to send to new production crew, enabling them to gather the information they require and to complete start forms and contracts electronically. Mobile Friendly SSL Security – provides an encrypted link between software and a device, enabling you to view the relevant documents securely on your phone, tablet or computer Two step verification of new users – all new users are sent a code to enter before creating a new password when logging in for the first time Customisable approval chain – each envelope of documents has its own approval chain to ensure that each form is reviewed, approved and signed by the relevant people. Electronic signatures – all document signatures are logged with time and location data, ensuring the approval process is secure and auditable Use existing documents and contracts – upload a MDF and add meta tags to auto populate data. Auto-complete forms – software enables users to auto-fill data entered in previous forms Configurable forms and templates – your company forms are set to ensure that the right information is written in the right place, with no duplication of data entering Direct hire, loan out and daily rate forms available – these forms can be customised to fit your production’s requirements Field Mapping –software asks the relevant questions determined by the client and prints the answer in the right place, avoiding the need to repeatedly enter the same information (Form to PDF) Export collected data to Excel – all envelopes can be exported directly to Excel, with a different tab for each document envelope Crew Database (user profile, with personal information, can be searched) Printed. Start and end date for each crew member in the database can be entered so that systems access can be switched off. Automated email templates can be set up and sent to crew members email/ internal staff for notifications/approvals.
