Build a PHP/MySQL Application in either Laravel5 or CodeIgniter3

I need a PHP/MySQL web application to be developed. You must develop it in either Laravel 5 or CodeIgniter 3 with the correct usage of Models, Controllers and Views. Views should output simple unformatted/unstyled HTML Following endpoints are needed (sample) * / * /france * /france/paris * /france/paris/page/2 * /france/paris/hotel-x-y * /listing/hotel-x-y-1234 * /api Root * just simple view * links to the top directories API * accepts a simple POST (+ file upload) form and saves the post into DB (with some unique checks) * no security checks needed (done via http-auth) * no funky json/xml/soap input (just via post) * simple json output with http-error-code (just simple 404 if error, 200 if all ok) Directory * consists out of a parent directory and one subdirectory level * lists all listings in that subdirectory level, if needed with a pagination * /france/paris/hotel-x-y would display all hotels in the directory france, subdirectory paris, that are named the same (e.g. multiple hotels can have the same name) Listing * unique hotel listing - so even if name is shared, via a unique url this particular hotel can be viewed -> no admin panel needed -> no hacks, dirty code -> if quality is good I will rehire to extend the project -> basic GIT skills required as you will commit/push directly into the repository
