I already have made two more data scrappers in Twitter. I created the first in the previous Winter because i wanted to create a training set with words in Greek language so i scraped many tweets with stop words (stop words is the most common words in a language) in Greek language such ass "για" or "και". In this September I created the second one. My second twitter data scraper used in a seminar for Cyber Bullying. Given a screen_name in my application my application was scrapping all the users friends and their common friends with the user and it saved that data in a CSV file. So I said those things in order for u to see that i have some (at least Basic) knowledge for twitter rate limits and twitter data scrapping.. thanks for your time.. N.S.

Hi there. I'm interested in this because I have recently written a twitter scraper myself and have had quite a bit of experience with the rate limits, getting blocked, etc. I now have a pretty good system running (written in Laravel (PHP) framework so it is actually stable and re-usable rather than a throwaway scraper) - which could be tweaked for this project.
