From location will be from tri-state only i.e. NY, NJ, CT. --> So you mean the Origin locations are fixed ? 5. To location could be anywhere in US --> Ok so you mean destinations are different 6. Online payment system on all 3. --> Online payments for 3 different Origin location you mean, which payment system you are looking to integrate ? 7. Regular informational pages like gallery, about, fixed fare etc. --> Ok fine 8. Create admin panel. --> Yes it will be present, will be common for website and apps both. The costing for both Website and Mobile apps will be very high we have currently bidded you very low quote and this development will require good amount of Funds.
