General information for the website: the website about government services Kind of development: New website from scratch Description of every page/module: The website I would like to develop is orientated for citizens of my hometown. Basically, it is a website for local citizens where they can easily find government services. I already have developed the design of website and the main page of the website should be similar to [login to view URL] Description of requirements/features: The functions which should be developed: 1. Website should allow the user to upload files with format pdf, xls, doc, jpeg and etc. 2. Mobile version of a website should be adaptable to different devices. 3. The admin panel of website should be user friendly so the user who does not have any programming experience should be able make changes, add and delete information in website. 4. Website should have separate admin panel for editing, deleting and creating new blocks (here I mean the admin panel should have different users with different permissions) 5. The website should have a forum where users can discus the quality of government services also where they can leave the suggestions and complains. 6. Feature of online chat (online help chat) 7. Website should be able to contain video, audio and images 8. Registration and authorization as a user (also through social networking sites) 9. The website should be secure 10. Feature of enlarging the font size of website (version of website for visual impaired users) 11. The admin panel should be in three languages 12. The feature of uploading files to website and downloading the files 13. Searching feature 14.
