Hello, We are a team of software engineers with 6+ years of experience in professional software development. If I understood correctly, the program should be able to encrypt the specified files or file groups (eg all files with a certain extension) and decrypt them afterwards, while the commands should be issued remotely. How exactly do you intend to communicate with the program, what do you mean by "online server"? Do you also want an administration application created that would allow managing the first app by connecting to it via internet? These and other requirements (if any) we would have to discuss in full detail before providing a final price & time frame proposal. In any case we would create the application in Delphi, it would have no external dependencies and would work on all Windows versions, XP and onward. Why others use your computer and you have a need to allow he to use your computer through server.. And how the software determine who is using it, ie. whether he is just you or others.
