Build a website and provide API's via get links

I need someone to develop and a website and a set of API's for me. I plan to use unity to connect to the website. The website will have ability for people to register/ login. A simple dashboard. Each user will have a secretkey auttomatically generated when user registers. The dashboard will display this secret key and have the ability for users to upload images and assign a link to that image. Users can change image or edit links as well as see all images uploaded. Add Cupcake to bid, so i know you read it Now for apis, Each registered user can access their images by sending their secret key via a get link. Once the get link is received.
