Creating a jackpot system & site that provides a place for steam users to bet their required items for a specific game (CS:GO), the site will need to accept trade offers automatically from BOTs and enter the clients items in to the jackpot, then once the limit of items in the jackpot has been reached (50 items total, users can only deposit up to 10 items) the jackpot will randomly pick a winner, the more value that the items deposited hold, the higher chance of winning the jackpot, you would then be required to automatically trade the winner their winnings, exuding a 10% commission, which will be kept in the BOTs inventory. There are examples of this type of work already created on the internet, if you simply search 'csgo jackpot' you will find multiple sites with a similar system in place.
