The software should have the following functions: -send at least 1500 msg per channel without blocking -send at least 100000 msg per day -the software is suggested to be installed in several os, for example: if one software can send up to 20000 msg per day, it need to be installed into 5 os -able to send text, text icons, image, video and vcard -able to check if a channel is blocked -compatible with Window 7 and vmware -able to filter Whatsapp number -able to generate sending report -able to import sim channel -if there is a changes on whatsapp api, modification of software is needed. The service charge should not more USD80 per service
