CRUD-type coding

Mission: • To develop database driven solution that will assist me in the running of my small business Basic requirements • Customer database o Contact details o Weekly order o Payment options o Etc. • Business database o All business details including  Full info  Suppliers  Stock  Prices  Staff  Etc. I would like to be able to call various tables from the databases to • Print/show delivery lists • Print/show collection lists – money owing • Send invoices • Summaries of various things when called o Stock levels o Money owing o Etc. All of this I can “sort of” do, but my abilities are limited, and what I use in Excel is starting to get buggy and unstable. I have made a few SQLite/PHP attempts, but just don’t have the time. I would like a CRUD-type system with the front-end to be accessed online, and a filtered CRUD file downloaded for offline use. Once I have finished, the file with the new records needs to be reinserted to the main database. This is so when I am delivering goods, or collecting payments, I can keep a record OTG, then update the master. There are obviously a million little tweaks – I am aware of most of the requirements – and ongoing changes that will need to be fixed during and after development. I have mocked up a few basic templates of how I’d like it to look at the PC end, and will send a few accompanying files later so you get an idea of what I’m trying to do. Included now are a few basic user input forms, obviously to be revamped 2015 style – scrolling/spinning choices for touch screen rather than combo box 1990’s rubbish.
