Calling all JAVA and PHP GURU\'s for AES INTEROP!!!

We need a professional to write us an INTEROP AES Encryption/Decryption script. Based on this example [login to view URL] We need the PHP side to have a functional interface to test and a script that can be integrated in any PHP application for encryption and or decryption with all modes and sizes. We need an Eclipse project with the exact same functionality on the Java side. This needs to be able to decrypt the PHP encryption and visa versa. The scripts need to use the latest security features. The scripts need to be commented with precision and detail. The scripts need to be universal in their use on either PHP or Java side. Deliverables: PHP Script & basic web form to easily test. Java Script & Eclipse Java project to be run on windows to test.
