Changes to wordpress website utilising the listify theme -- 2

I need to make a few customisations to the Listify theme which I purchased recently (with plugins). See demo: [login to view URL] 1. Change Google Places from returning business / government / landmarks in the autocomplete so it only returns addresses including all or part of street number / street / suburb / city / state / country (see screenshot – I don't want any business etc). 2. Additional search dropdown (buy or lease) is required on the homepage before location. (I still need the keywords search and categories but I will disable them so they don't show on the homepage). 3. On the location searchpage (example: [login to view URL]) I need to add three additional search parameters. a: price slider (low to high) b: dropdown menu dropdown relating to a field on the submit listing form c: another dropdown menu relating to a field on the submit listing form You can use the facetwp plugin which i've bought but it needs to work with the google location search on the home page (at present the google location search gets deactivated when the facetwp plugin is activated.)
