Check the usage of a picture in the Waybackmachine

I am looking for a guy who can program the following script: - In a form, there are two fields. Field a: Type in a concrete website URL (example: [login to view URL]) Field b: Type in a image_path link of a picture By clicking on a button, the following happens: 1. The image_path link is cut so far that just the name of the jpg file remains. 2. The wayback machine is checked for the relevant site (here [login to view URL]) For each single date the single site was saved in the waybackmachine, it is checked, whether the name of the jpg file is contained in the source code of the wayback machine. Finally, the following list is outputted on screen: No of usage | Date of saving | Link to saved usage | Picture online (value: yes, no) Proxies shall be used for that purpose - I will provide them to you for testing.
