Chrome extension to connect to web app

Need to develop a Chrome Extension to connect with web application. We have the capability to do it in-house but we are currently busy with other tasks and are exploring options to hire an individual to work along us.  This may turn into a long term relationship depending on the quality, speed and budget. The requirements of the chrome extension are as follows: * When a user is on Linkedin, Gmail, Outlook and Twitter, they should be able to capture specific data fields and send it back to the app * When a user opens an email in their browser, it will pull the contact profile and show the sender's details: title, company, social profiles, and recent tweets * See recent conversations, email opens/clicks, and other email activity * Track who opens and clicks on emails that are sent, when they viewed it, how many times the email was opened/clicked and the location Web application is PHP based.
