CodeIgniter PHP framework - Need to develop simple RESPONSIVE order form using Step by step process (for more info please see attached screenshot of frontend): User will visit the order form ---> Login (Step 1) ---> He'll see the list of products and enter qty in qty box (Step 2) (Name and contact details will be picked up by system automatically as per the registration details) ---> he/s will submit the order (Step 3) that's it. Project Details: Note - 1. CVDE - Create, View, Edit and Delete 2. View, Print, and export to PDF and Excel is needed Functions: - Settings Part 1 - Company Setup - Company setup like name, address, diff email ids (like admin, order send to and etc), contact no) - Templates - email and SMS (if we add order status then it should reflect here automatically to add template of it and birth date wishes template) - Email and SMS Config with checkbox = sent new order SMS & Email to customer[] and admin[], sent order status (list of all order status) update to customer[] and admin[], send DOB SMS [], - SMTP email and SMS API settings. - Order Master Days - We want to delete ***completed order*** after the days set under this section. Like we can set 30 days and select order status (once that order status is selected then it should get deleted after 30 days). If we set it to 0 then it'll keep orders for life. USERS Managment: - Admin CVDE - name, username, password - Users CVDE - Sales, sales manager and delivery executive (we'll restrict access to view as per user group) Part 2 = Master - CVDE Master of city, state, and country = (it'll be linked with each other like if we select India then next state dropdown should show only states from India and same with city) Part 3 = CVDE Customer Master - CVDE Customer profile - Name, Company Name, DOB, Address, City, State, Country, Pin, Email and contact no (contact no will be the username of every customer) - CVDE Customer group - We'll give discount based on customer group while creating products - CVDE Additional Discount Manager - We need to give the discount based on product qty, or cart total (percentage or fixed amt). if needed we should be able to give this discount to only selected products. Part 4 = CVDE Product Manager - CVDE Products = Product title, image, a weight of the single package, a weight of the bag, MRP, sales price, discount (% or fixed amt) based on qty and customer group on sales price (our additional discount will be applicable after this discount amount.) Part 5 = Order Management - CVDE Orders - CVDE Order status - Received orders page - Received orders will have the status of ***Order Received*** SMS and email will be sent to the customer as soon as he/s placed the order (as per the setup in SMS email configuration section and template set in template section). - We need the option to select orders and export it in excel file once order exported successfully order status will change to ***Order Processed*** and SMS will be sent to the customers (as per the setup in SMS email configuration section and template set in template section)... Excel file format should be like attached image. - Order dispatched (order status should update with bulk selection) also SMS should go (as per the setup in SMS email configuration section and template set in template section).
