Combine two wordpress themes to work together

Please see my website at RealEstateInvesting.how. My main site is using the theme named DynamiX which is designed for both BuddyPress and BBPress websites like my site has. Next, please visit this link for the blog theme I want to use just on the blog section... [login to view URL] I want the Dynamix theme to be used on all of my site except the blog. And I want the Soledad theme to be used on my blog section. The key thing is I want to blend the themes to match as one website using the same header and footer... I want the whole site to use the same header as the site has on the home page using the DynamiX theme. So, the header will need to be replaced in the blog theme Soledad. Also, I want the whole site to use the footer like in the Soledad theme in the blog section. (see Soledad theme demo link) The blog will need to be populated with the images and posts the same as at the demo site for Soledad. (See Soledad theme demo link) As part of this work, I will need the categories setup on the right hand sidebar and have a section added to the sidebar that will list the contributors showing their name and avatar with a link to their buddypress profile. Only 2 contributors will be listed as at first. Both themes shall function completely as original including being "responsive" and when posting blog posts in WP admin. Please note: It is important that my current theme DynamiX remain because is covers many other areas of my site such as the BuddyPress section and BBPress sections of my site. The Soledad theme is for a magazine style blog but is not designed for the BuddyPress and BBPress sections.
