Hi I have read your requirement and as I understand it you need a PowerPoint presentation automagically updated from XML data retrieved from an FTP server. My solution for this is to write a VBA macro for you embedded in the PowerPoint file. Using VBA I can automatically download from the ftp:// URI you specify, extract the XML data and update the necessary fields in the PowerPoint presentation. Depending on your requirements it should be possible to refresh the data periodically or just when the file is opened, and display the last refresh time-stamp. If you'd like to get started I will need the PowerPoint template completed as you would like it displayed supplied with a matching copy of the XML data file (ie so the sample data in the PowerPoint slide matches up with the XML data sample allowing me to determine exactly what you need where). If there are any additional requirements that are not included in the XML data (such as colour highlighting etc) you need to provide those specifications too. Once all the spec has been provided I should be able to provide you with a solution with a very fast turnaround. Many thanks for looking! Justin
