Consulting on building a Drupal site

Hello, ABOUT PROJECT Interesting project. I have ideas but i would like to implement this on my test site; then i share info and we can discuss (if it is not urgent). I don't want you to award project to me right away. If i manage to implement this, you award the project. Output (design/theming) part is not hard. I can convert any design you provide to Drupal theme. This structure can be created using Views or custom [login to view URL] coding; then style with CSS. If you award the project to another freelancer and successfully implement; i would like to see it live and learn how you implemented it. PS: I assume you will use Drupal 7.
