Dear, I worked on Cordova project. With AngularJS, but instead Onsen I used Ionic. Ionic and Onsen are similar frameworks. My work environment is Visual Studio. Applications I tested on a variety of Android devices. Cordova allows me portability for various platforms. Angular allows MVC concept. And Onsen use for view, its components and performance.
