Project Description: We are looking proposal to build courier service website with following features: Total pages: 10-15 Pages Home Page Book a Job Services>Services List Sign Up/Login Page Account opening form for new clients Our Fleet Track a job ENQUIRY page About us page Contact us Page Functions: Sign up or Login >Client Sign up after filling the account opening form or continue as guest user >New client will sign up for account, forms will be filled and should pop up on database where company staff will review and accept account application >unique user name and password {client choice at sign up] >client login if already a account holder Job Booking >Client Login and land on Job booking page/ track job if already booked after login, >if booking new job, 2 options, General Courier or Refrigerated courier > Choose type of vehicle> >Choose type of service level, Standard, urgent, express >client will choose type of parcel, eg box, documents ,fresh veg, [login to view URL] >Job booking page will need to collect, parcel details (H, W,L kgs Temp) number of parcels, pick up location, drop off location. >system should indicate if parcel is above weight limits. >system should calculate cubic meter weight [formula will be provided] >client should have space to add addition details or notes for delivery or pick up >auto intelligence feature should be offered,when customer enter address details, eg if customer enter suburb post code, system should suggest suburb name, Payment details: > after collecting parcel and location details, system should quote price on next page{price table for each suburb will be provided] >account holder client should be able to book jobs without paying >guest user will be prompted to pay by PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD >invoice should add GST to the invoice and show breakdown of invoice, eg job price + gst >once payment is made,system need to generate a unique job number for each job which client can use to track their jobs. >system should generate an invoice Data Management: > every job booked through website is required to be stored on data base system,summary of jobs for each client should be generated everyday and send to company email. >ONCE JOB is booking, details of job should be stored on database permanently > New job details with new job notification should come to company email or any better system can be suggested??, AS THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT to know new job is booked and staff will allocate job to [login to view URL] job notification should come to staff within seconds!!! > CMS plateform should provide option to company staff to update parcel delivery status. >need tracking system to track the progress of parcel, where client can track progress. > system should be able to generate daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly statement of account for each client showing much they need to pay in total with details how they can pay. Content Management: > on backend company staff need to have sign up and login page option with access level for each staff >website need to be build on a platform through which company staff can easily make changes to content and add/remove services/promotions Addition features required: >SEO >Social media integration, book now button on FB >SEO product tags >Daily backups >Google Analytics >Email or call customers, staff should be able to email clients which client will provide at the time of booking, incase changes in delivery or possible delays
