Create of a SaaS

I'm currently looking for a Backend developer to work with myself and create a new SaaS web hosting solution. I already have the website creation tools that i want my users to be using, but i need a developer to create (and potentially convert) the current system into a full SaaS product that is hosted on the Amazon Web Services EC2. The backend needs to: Allow multiple templates (an additional ones) to be added with ease by the admin. Allow users to create there own website from selected templates or scratch. Integrate with our custom website creation and editing tool. (more details will be provide to any who applies.). Allow users to add their own domain names. Allow the Admins to charge the users for hosting (Monthly and Yearly plans). Payment options to include Paypal, stripe - and later down the line our own custom one. Allow users to upload their own images. Allow users to create blog posts for their site. Allow users to create additional pages. Allow users to create forms. Automated emails that send notification to the user on form submission. Admin area with analytics and a list of all user sites, allow the admin to easily remove or delete inappropriate sites. Public facing site that is shown to 'non-signed' users. (I'll be designing and creating this). Affiliate program. Later down the line: User e-commerce. Domain name purchasing. Social Media Publishing and reporting. User email marketing / demand generation tools.
