Create a WordPress Template

1. I have a plugin that currently, only the admin can access and use. However, I'd like so 2 paying levels of members can use the plugin. 2. If you can't get the plugin to work where members create it's own post to show up on the main site, then maybe you can take code from the plugin and put it into the wordpress posts code. 3. Every post that's made should end up on the main page of the website. Image, name of member, title.. It should also be able to be grid, changing the order to most views, recently added, popular (by votes) I don't have a theme in mind for this. If you can get it to work on one of wordpress default themes that's fine but has to be a child theme so it doesn't break on any updates down the road. If you have a theme in mind that's fine as well, as long as a child theme is the one being edited. I have a screen shot and link to a reference site I'd like it to look similar to. I also have a video of the plugin and how it works. I also have links to references to where code goes for adding permission so others can view the plugin instead of using another plugin for this. I can work along side you if you need me to when you're creating as I have some experience or if you have any questions. (via instant messenger) Anything to make it go smoother.
