Create a tiny PHP Script to Redirect visitors to an URL without referrals (like: https://anonym.to)

We would like someone to code & design a very tiny php script redirect visitors to an URL by hiding/removing their referral informations from the header. Just like [login to view URL] does, for example- if anyone visit [login to view URL]://freelancer.com they will be shown a splash page (if ad option is Enabled on [login to view URL] file) and after certain time passed they will be redirected to freelancer.com but freelancer.com's server should not be able to see the referring site/url/link in the header (I guess it should be done using javascript for properly to work but I don't mind any other suitable method you can find) There should be one file based php scripts, just [login to view URL] which should be the landing page that display how simply informations like how it works and a form where users do enter their link/URL and the script would provide them a shorten URL like [login to view URL] (also write a "Redirect 301 /a [login to view URL]" in the .htaccess code, so when /a is visited- it will be redirected to our ordinary redirection technique) also this [login to view URL] page should detect if the parameter "?" found in the URL then redirects to the URL after ? parameter... Also in the top of the [login to view URL], we should be able to set configuration details like: domain=[login to view URL], ads=0/1 (if ads set to 0 means disabled then users would be automatically redirected to their link without displaying the splash/ad page), timer=x (if time is entered 0 then instead of auto redirecting after countdown, a "Continue" button under the ads would be displayed which needs to be clicked for the user to be redirected", code=<iframe>/html-ad-code Thats all for now, as it's a very tiny script/code- my budgets are very low so bid accordingly and do let me know how fast you can get it done, also provide me some of the original php code you have done (if you have in the past)
