I attempted to use Gravity Forms to create the desired result but was unable to make it work. I hired a developer who unfortunately was unable to fix the issue. Below are my notes to him for what I would like accomplished. Whether it can be done using Gravity Forms I am not sure, but if not then I would need an alternative script written to accomplish the desired result. If you need further explanation for what I would like accomplished, please visit [login to view URL] I essentially want the same PHP script on this page on the new version of the website ([login to view URL]). I need to have this integrated in with WooCommerce, too. The pictures of the selected model MUST appear, too. A price quote is generated based on the variables (condition, issue, power cord, box). I can provide the PHP script running on the live site if that would help.
