Customise a template in Drupal 7

I am a drupal 7 dev and a pretty good front end developer - if you have a design I can code it into a theme as per your specifications, using bootstrap or zurb-foundation as the mobile first responsive framework, and whatever javascript module is needed for any fancy ui elements (slider, parralex, etc) For custom content type, I would use a customized template specific to the node type, so that all instances of that node type (content type) would use the custom template.. Adding more than 4 types would just involve creating another node template for the new ones, so it is easily expandable. I also provide post-project support for anything that comes up related to the work, after the fact. I am in the pacific time zone, from Canada.
