Customizing ArtVenue Social Community Script

Those actually the requirements which Art venue web app has the most of them [login to view URL] but i just want to switch the picture posts to be Micro Blogging posts ( the cover of the post might be a Logo or it can be the texts of the blog ) [F01]: The user shall be able to sign up to the web application( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F02]: The user shall be able to sign in/out into the web application. ( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F03]: The user shall be able to browse members under certain categories. [F04]: The user shall be able to see his profile.( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F05]: The user shall be able to edit profile.( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F06]: The user shall be able to view his blogs instead of Picture .( SCRIPT KINDA HAS IT ) [F07]: The user shall be able to see feeds in home page ( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F09]: The user shall be able to post a blog instead of Picture ( SCRIPT KINDA HAS IT) [F11]: The user shall be able to follow a member ( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F12]: The user shall be able to unfollow a member ( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F13]: The user shall be able to like certain post. ( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F14]: The user shall be able to unlike certain post ( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F15]: The user shall be able to set a time for reminder email for each blog to continue writing on the same blog ( Ex : Every 5 days send email to user ) [F16]: The user shall be able to edit a blog instead of Picture ( SCRIPT KINDA HAS IT) [F17]: The user shall be able to edit the time of reminder email for each blog ( Ex : Every 3 weeks send email to user ) [F19]: The user shall be able to delete blog instead of Picture . ( SCRIPT KINDA HAS IT) [F20]: The user shall be able to delete comment. ( SCRIPT HAS IT) [F21]: The user shall be able to mention a user in any post (blog, comment). [F22]: The user shall be able to put hashtag any post (blog, comment). [F23]: The user shall be able to browse his posts in a timeline in his profile and can be filtered by date . so most of the requirements is already done will but the new requirements will be related to the blogs posts So i am focusing on the Micro Blogs related requirements in first priority ( the most important requirements which the script does not have ) there are some more requirements but those are the core one so how much for that extra work? and i expect that the work can be done by April 18 -- 24
