Develop Joomla plugin

Develop a joomla plugin that can fetch some data from [login to view URL] by its API, and store the data into joomla database. What I need is a database table, which include 6 fields (1) ItemId--The k2 item id (2) ItemTitle--The k2 item title (3) ItemHits-- The total k2 item Hits (4) ItemHitsYesterday--This time's total Hits subtract prev day's total hits. (5) ReferNumYesterday--The visitors from the according game site (6) ReferNumRatioYesterday--The ratio of visitors from this game site to total game site 1-4 fields can get data from joomla database, 5,6 fields are from clicky I also want a admin control panel of this plugin, here is what I want (1) Enable or disable plugin (2) Datalist of the data table created Other request: (1) Create variables for this plugin, because I need the data to work with other functions Thats all.
