Hi, i need to disable a payment method (Klarna) when the Stock is 0. When the stock is 1 or more, then the customer can use this payment method, too. When Mouse-Over the Paymentmethod it was disable to click on it AND it must be a tooltip on mouse over with the information, that this Payment Method is disabled for Pre-Orders. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURE !!
