Dear Freelancers,
Project details:
1) S3 Input Trigger -> FFMPEG on EC2 (Auto-scaling) -> Output to S3
(Note: Must run FFMPEG on EC2, not Lambda, Lambda's execution time too short.)
2) Automatically trigger different FFMPEG's command options by video resolution
3) Able to set different video formats, sizes / resolutions, quality and add watermarks.
4) Tracks video transcoding process and return result to website via PHP
5) Fallback solution when transcoding failed / any error occurs.
6) Option to delete original file from S3 when the file has been successfully transcoded to desired formats.
7) Security on AWS for EC2, buckets, files and transcoding process.
8) Guide me on [The Administrator removed this message for containing contacts details which breaches our Terms of Service]for the whole process, I will follow until successfully setup on my side.

I'd rather suggest to use AWS Elastic Transcoder binded with AWS Lambda and S3 events triggers.
ElasticTranscoder can trigger a Lamba that automatically deletes a file after successful conversion.
And using S3 put events I can make lambda trigger elastic transcoder convert the file to the relevant presets as required.
BTW I'm a super expert in AWS.
