I would like an Ipad App (one) developed for our assessors to assess homes for energy efficiency. We will need intelligent forms that will be filled out on an IPAD. We need a simple mySQL database backend for all the data to be fed into. The current manual paper version is enclosed. Please show examples of similar forms developed before.
