Javascript, php assignment

I have a five step checkout site based on javascript and php 1) step 2 in the checkout has some values which are problematic in the pdf generated in step 5 2) for the values dialled in step 2 the output in the php file is not working as they should - and hence not outputted correctly in step 5 pdf 3) I have a selector based on some simple rules - see attachment *.xls- that need to be corrected so it works - all of the code is there it simply needs to be setup so it works according to rules
