Seeking PHP Codeigniter Developer for Project Managment Backoffice

Hello, I'm looking for a PHP developer or a team of developers who can help us bring our designs for our "Project Acceleration Software" to life. We have completely designed it visually so you should have a very clear idea of how it's supposed to function with few exceptions. COMPANY BACKGROUND: Founded in 2010, Petovera (our company name) is a web design company specializing in helping other businesses grow with websites that help them sell more of their product or service. Our mission as a business is to accelerate creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit GOAL OF PROJECT: Make our project management software functional so that our business can save time, and so that our clients can always know where their marketing project is at. Here's a VIDEO explanation: ---> [login to view URL] Here's a CODE OUTLINE of what functions could look like (don't feel like your functions have to match this exactly, this is more to give you an idea of the functionality) ---> [login to view URL] (I can provide a link to the interactive screens shown in this ^ video upon request) Here's an overview of the different users that will be able to login to the system: > client user > admin user (full permissions) > project manager user > developer / designer / writer users (all the same permissions, most likely) > quality expert user (similar permissions to the developer / designer users but with 1 difference: they receive a triggered automated email and a quality expert must always be assigned to a project) TIMELINE: We're looking for someone or a team who can complete this in about 3 months or less (if possible). What matters most is that it's done right and done well so we can continue to build on it and the code is easy to maintain. BUDGET: We're price sensitive right now, but we will remain loyal to whoever we decide to build this for the long term.
