Website Scraper + Database

Hello, I need a website scraper creating, it will do a search on a website, inputting a keyword and a location. All the results which come up, needs a line of text scraping from it and putting into a database. The process needs to be repeated 28 times, inputting 28 different search criteria. This will create some duplicates, and all results need to be put together into 1 result, and then duplicates removed. Once the search has been completed (all 28 results), i need to be able to download the results in a spreadsheet. The results should be saved in the software db, and then when we run a new search, it will highlight all NEW results, which were not found in previous searches, and add them to the database, but also highlight them as "new results" to download. A graphic user interface showing new results, and how many results per search etc would be good, use your imagination. Also, at any time we should be able to download full database, and view what date the entry was added to database. This app needs to on windows 8 & 7, desktop based. Note to freelancer: The website is publically available, and thousands of records can be downloaded from there, the only reason for scraper is to change search criteria fast, and automate the process. There is no legal or ethical reason not to do this software.
