Write some Software

I need three calculators built in Microsoft Excel, which we will input client's data into in order to project figures and compare information. They will need to be able to be printed and be designed in a way that is appealing and professional, as they will be given to the client as a useful resource. I will provide branding, business information and further information regarding taxation, super and salary sacrificing rules upon this being accepted by a suitable candidate. 1. Calculator which projects the outcome of salary sacrificing into super, with client variables that we will adjust such as: • the assumed rate of return • CPI increases • account fees • insurance premiums • total super contributions capped at $25K 2. Calculator to compare the amount of interest saved by make extra repayments towards a home loan/mortgage, with client variables that we will adjust such as: • Interest rate • Fixed interest rate periods that expire (ie a five or three year period) • Ongoing bank fees • Extra repayments (but these should not be able to be factored into a fixed rate loan period, as most banks don’t allow much extra to be paid off during the fixed rate term) 3. Calculator, or relatively simple spreadsheet, that compares how much tax a person pays as opposed to how much tax they could save by contributing into superannuation, with client variables that we will adjust such as: • Marginal tax rate (must be editable as the Govt tweaks this all the time) • Super tax rate of 15% (that hasn’t changed for a while but just in case it does)
